Fast but poor follow-through The work was completed quickly to meet our closing timeline, which we appreciated, but the quality left much to be desired. Areas appeared rushed, and the attention to detail was lacking, leaving us concerned about the overall reliability. Additionally, the mobile home is still under our name months later, causing tax issues, and no guidance was provided on claiming the removal as a donation. While we’re thankful it was done at no cost, the lack of care and follow-up made the process frustrating.
