AVOID: Order Cancellation Scam and Zero Support!! ​The online ordering process was terrible, but the cancellation system is a scam. I successfully canceled my order and received confirmation before it was processed both on the web site and with customer service via my initial email to Nupep yet payment was kept and I was charged anyway. Regarding the charges, support provided only useless, automated responses that offered zero transparency and or actual answers. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
