The best customer support and most professional people you will ever work with. Sometimes the process takes time. The people I dealt with are aware of this and gently encourage but don't pressure and the efforts culminates in to a book. I am so very pleased. I am on my second go round with them and already have plans for 2 more books in the works. Will definitely stay with publishers.
