Very lazy Approach by Gogate Customer Service Team
We purchased Business Class seats, from Sydney to Jakarta, for Air Asia through Gogate, and it was awful, they supplied o Food, No television, No internet , No drinks, and we also had to pay for water.
When I complained to gogate, they brushed us off and refused to help in any way, shame on you and your service, they said we have to complain to the airline, , I said they have a Duty of Care ttohelp us , because they where our agent, but they still refused and left it there , never again, sh e on you
