Utterly disgusting behavior. Firm should be ashamed.
My family and I had the unfortunate experience of being parked next to the FM Van in Cowes on the Isle of Wight for the 4:30 crossing back to Southampton on 30th August 2024. The anti-social behavior, loud and inappropriate music being played, lack of consideration to fellow ferry passengers being displayed by the occupants and the language being used by the occupants in a public place with children being present denotes a company with few morals and represents a complete lack of professionalism. Based on my experience I would not trust these Neanderthals to be able to safely move their own bowels in an inside toilet, let alone a piano worth several thousands of pounds. If the van was being hired privately then the company needs to give serious consideration to lending out its assets, especially if those assets are liveried with the firms, name, email address and telephone number which will tar them with the behavior of the individuals.
