Horrendous and frustrating experience
I would give zero stars if possible. Had a 20 minute intake with one provider then assigned to a therapist who quit after my first appointment so I was reassigned to a new therapist who I met with once then that person quit. I was also billed copays when I shouldn’t have been and communication with their billing department is only via email. Stay away from the agency!!!!
