I just want to take a moment to recognize how incredibly helpful Paola Quijada has been throughout the entire process. She was not only warm and welcoming, but also extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Every question I had—big or small—was answered quickly and clearly, and she always made sure I felt supported and informed every step of the way.
Her communication was outstanding, and she consistently followed up without me ever having to chase anything down. You can tell she genuinely cares and takes pride in her work.
