BIG warning. they don't care and take your money only
an "excellent" product with "quality assurance fee" to boot, arrive UNUSABLE in exchange for my $900
getting a return label , 5 days of petitioning in messages
no taking responsibility on their part
the computer displays "battery needs service" and the battery holds NO charge. how did someone miss the obvious?
I am out of days of waiting for the product, setting up, repacking, fighting just for RETURN LABEL...and going to the shipper all for (hopefully) a credit of full payment. but in this process i lost much time and effort! they show zero accountability, care, or of course - compensation.
