Professional Support whether from the OT or Administration which resulted in a successful award
Their professional support over a period of nearly 12 months as I reapplied to DWP several times, as my disability progressed. Their support when I refused to take 'no' for an answer.
I particularly appreciated the support given by the Occupational Therapist in completing the original application.
