Disgusting customer service.
I made an order on the 12 of January and today is the 31st of January. It hasn't shipped and they have the worst communication skills ever. Takes them forever to respond and after requesting a refund several times, they have completely stopped responding. Even after I was asked by their staff to let them know if I'd like a refund.
