AI customer service needed
FRAUD Company bring AI customer service agents or us customers will boycott you. As your human staff are incompetent won't help will change dates and flight times and charge you money UNAUTHORIZED.
They put the phone down on you multiple times as a customer
Also wait time is up to 45 minutes!!!!
Charged me EXTRA 81 pounds for changes NOT UNAUTHORIZED when calling customer service they PUT THE PHONE down on you despite 6 calls. The few times someone claims to help they say we need to listen to our call and will get back to you. And no one does INSTEAD they change your booking dates and times and mess up your holiday!!!!!
Disgraceful!!!!!
Asking to speak to a manager and always is TOO BUSY to speak to you.
Even if you ask for a complaints email they'll put the phone down on you.
Ladies and gentlemen let's boycott this company for all the stress they've caused us.
