Broken appointment
I made a booking and received confirmation email for 11:30. I arrived at 11:27 just behind someone walking in off the street. They got my slot and I had to wait because the guy said he didn’t know how to work the iPad. Guy said it would be 10 minutes, I walked out after15 as I couldn’t wait. Not good enough, need to lift your game guys.
