VPP misbehavig and poor customer service
I signed up with them when my battery installer sold it to me. THey would front the battery cost and I would pay it off in 5 years.
First year was fine but recently they have started taking a lot of power from my battery, which is fine as it is apped and they had not yet hit the cap.
What is not OK is that they have started to not top up the battery on solar but off the grid, even during the day.
They have also several times send grid energy my way when the battery was nearly full.
I have raised my concerns with them via email but sofar I have only received one reply whith a link to the documentation, which states that they should not be topping up during the day but when energy is cheap and they should definately top up battery before sending to grid and let me use battery before grid.
I am dissapointed that there is radio silence.
I would rather pay out the remainder of my battery and switch to a provider that bothers to provide customer service.
