Easy to organise via whatsapp and email, and receptive to discussions around pricing. On the day, the guys were professional and communicative. Some minor damage to a lampshade during the drive, but they were open, honest and apologetic and provided information about how to claim (we decided not to on account of their professionalism and honesty).
