Two Years of Account Service Experience I have been with eCapital Management for approximately two years, and my experience has been positive.During that time, I have particularly appreciated the monthly cashback process and the communication provided by the account management team.The investment performance reported in my account has encouraged me to consider my longer-term financial goals and how I might improve my overall financial position.Gold membership has provided additional service features that I have valued.My account manager and the trading floor manager have been professional, approachable and helpful whenever I have needed assistance.

Overall, a fairly smooth experience. Overall, a fairly smooth experience. I needed some time to understand a few details, but everything seems manageable at this point. The information is generally presented clearly, which makes the process easier to follow. There are still a couple of areas where I think things could be simplified. Apart from that, my impression has been quite good.
