Disrespect for time Our orthodontic consultation was booked for 4:00pm. We arrived early, completed all paperwork and x-rays promptly, and then were left waiting well past our appointment time. After being told “just 5 more minutes,” we ended up waiting nearly 50 minutes, only to be informed that the dentist was not close to finishing with the current patient. There was no proactive communication and no realistic update provided. Nearby parking is limited to one hour, which meant we could not continue waiting indefinitely and had to leave. This is unacceptable. Patients are expected to respect appointment times and call if running late, the same level of consideration should apply to the clinic. I would not recommend this clinic. Professionalism, time management, customer service, and basic respect for patients’ time do not appear to be a priority here.
