Service Advertisted, Repair not Completed I brought my multi-needle embroidery machine to this company for routine maintenance after seeing that they advertise service for industrial sewing machines, longarm quilting machines, multi-needle embroidery machines, and sergers. The machine was operating prior to service. After it was worked on, I attempted to run a small design and it stopped within minutes with multiple error codes that had not appeared before. To their credit, communication improved once the issue began, and they picked up the machine to evaluate it further at their store. However, the repair process went on for several months. In the end, the machine was returned to me unrepaired because they stated they were unable to obtain the necessary part. While I appreciate the communication, I am disappointed that after an extended period of time, my machine was returned not functioning. This was a frustrating and lengthy experience.
