Unprofessional and unclear service
2 brown guys arrived in an unmarked brown van. They walked right in without knocking and not taking off their shoes, talking in their language. They said right away it was the thermostat which it was not. He quoted us $250 to fix and not in writing. When I said no, they changed the price to $215 and they would not leave until a payment of $85 was given. I know I was just scammed by this company. They were very rude and not friendly at all. The whole situation was very uncomfortable. I would give no stars if I could. I expected better identification and clarity from a service provider. NEVER deal with this company. They are pathetic
