Enormous Failure
We had a heat pump installation scheduled for December 8th. They didn’t show up despite telling me they were on their way repeatedly.
The pump was installed over the course of the week but they installed it on temporary bricks that they promised to fix. As they didn’t send the proper number of installers they asked two people who were at the bar down the street to come and help lift the pump into its temporary location.
During the cold time the heat pump was able to maintains only 13-14 degrees and kept tripping the breakers even though they said our electrical panel was enough to support the pump.
Three months later not only have they not fixed the installation the installer put pipes over the tap in the back of the house and we no longer have any water back there.
The system we were sold doesn’t work, is dangerously installed and I have messaged the company over and over and nobody responds with a solution.
The owner of the company won’t even reply.

We are sorry to read that you describe your experience this way. However, we have been in contact with you multiple times and have explained the situation.
In order to properly connect the heat pump, a 3-phase main electrical connection is required first. For this we are dependent on Enexis Netbeheer, who must carry out the upgrade to the grid connection. As long as Enexis has not completed this work, we cannot connect the heat pump to the correct power supply. Once the main connection has been installed, we will be able to return to finalize the installation and complete the remaining items. This has also been discussed with you previously.
For completeness, we would also like to mention that the installation has not yet been paid for. It is also difficult for us to schedule and complete work when the homeowner is not present at the property.
We do respond to your messages and keep you informed. Unfortunately, we cannot speed up the planning of Enexis.
