Recall scam!
I was informed in February that I needed to destroy my current Blendjet due to a recall notice but would be sent a replacement.
In July I enquired how much longer replacements would be and was told that Blendjet was a small business that had been impacted hard by this recall and that they had been shipping replacements since March and I should get a replacement soon.
I noticed online that they were doing brand deals with Disney and celebrities as well as plenty of influencers but still, as of October I have not received my replacement.
I have waited long enough, requested a refund, and was told that the Blendjets I saw on the 40% sale advertised by celebs etc were not the same, so they could not offer me an upgrade or refund at this time but replacements should start sending out soon.
8 months is a ridiculous amount of time to replace a blender base!
