Having bought a Reise and Muller Superdelite GT around 2 years ago it developed a small fault. I took it into the shop for repair. The guys did a superb job and very quick too. As it didn’t need any parts the guys did not charge me a penny for their time. Martin explained what was wrong and showed me what they did to repair it, he also did a little extra for me which again he didn’t charge for. Now that is fantastic customer service.
I have nothing but praise for the guys at Onbike. They were extremely helpful from the point I decided to buy an electric bike, to servicing it and up to the present day.
Well done guys and thank you. A very satisfied customer here, and happy to recommend you to all my friends family and anyone else who asks where I got my bike from.
