Just ring Fi, you won't regret it Writing I can’t thank the team enough for helping us fly our two very anxious dogs from Tasmania to Melbourne. What felt like a really stressful situation for us was made so much easier thanks to Fi. Fi was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was so kind, reassuring and incredibly professional. She took the time to explain everything, checked in with us, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure both we and the girls were comfortable and settled. Her calm and caring approach completely put me at ease. Travelling with anxious dogs can be overwhelming, but Fi’s support made all the difference. It’s rare to come across someone who cares this much and takes such pride in what they do. Thank you again Fi for your patience, compassion and for making the whole experience so positive for our family. We are incredibly grateful. 🐾
