Unresolved service issues and poor communication
I regret choosing this company for treadmill servicing. I paid £155 for repair and service on two Bowflex machines, clearly outlining the fault beforehand. However, the visit resulted in no repair for the faulty treadmill—just a restatement of the issue and a guess at the required parts. Later, I was told they couldn’t source Bowflex parts, something that should have been disclosed earlier. The second treadmill’s service was initially left incomplete due to an oversight, requiring another visit. Despite weeks of seeking a fair resolution, I’ve had no response. I’m out of pocket with unresolved issues. I recommend clarifying details before booking or looking elsewhere.
