Reframing your thoughts (6-12yo)
I bought these for my son and myself to use at home. My son has autism and can struggle with his emotions so I thought the cards would be a good toolkit for us to work with. It has also helped me as a mum to explain the emotions and pop them in to perspective in a much better way. I will definitely be investing in the teenage cards. Thankyou so much for the fast delivery and follow up of how I got on with the cards. Highly recommend theses for others xo
