I rented an SUV through this company, but when I arrived at Bristol Airport, I was handed what was literally a baby blue two-seater van. That is not even remotely close to what I booked. I refused to take it and asked for an upgrade or a suitable replacement, but they had nothing to offer. In the end, I had no choice but to go to another rental company next door. When it came to getting a refund, they refused and simply hid behind their terms and conditions, despite the fact that they clearly failed to provide the vehicle category that was booked. Absolute joke of a company. In my opinion, this is the kind of business that will tell you anything just to take your money. Stay away.
