Geen hulp onder garantie
I bought a MOVE E4 with issues from the first day.
- Battery indicator showing wrong percentage or 100% everytime
- Scratches on the paint on the delivery day
- Water leakage inside
- Condensation in the rear LED lights, still waiting for more than 2 months on getting the warranty parts.
- Poor communication, no repsonse from several mail attempts
For the battery issue they cannot even find a solution or they do not take even action for trying to fix it. Only giving false hope that it will work better at some point, yeah sure making us wait until the warranty expires. Playing hide and seek with customers.
Don't buy a MOVE E4 from them, they are not helpfull when they have to fix stuff under warranty. Paying almost 8000EURO for such quality is not acceptable. People that have a handicap buy these cars most of the time because you want to stay mobile.
