Turbo Frost's poor design quality and support declines all responsibility I bought it brand new on April 22nd to use with my Lenovo Legion. Despite their marketing claims of high durability and 5-year reliability, the protective foam deformed after just a few hours of use, making the laptop unstable. Even worse, the mounting/tilting system is poorly designed and ended up scratching the chassis of my laptop. ​I contacted KLIM support about the structural defect and the damage caused to my device. After ghosting me initially, they basically washed their hands of it, stating they "do not issue declarations of responsibility" and told me to contact the third-party seller instead—even though it's a structural flaw of their own branded product. ​I’ve previously owned the KLIM Tempest, Cyclone, and Wind with no issues, but the Turbo Frost is a massive letdown and structurally unsafe for premium laptops. Be careful if you are planning to buy one.
