Senior Citizen Did not provide work verbally stated. Charged for items they said would be covered. Non-responsive to fix problems after numerous calls, emails, and registered mail. Left old greasy opener and removed parts and trash on premises. Did not install bottom weather strip properly in track and put screw where it is off track causing water leaks and puddles in my garage every time it rains.
