Take your money and treat you so bad So disappointing and shocked. I was a trusting client for over 11 years of this company only to find out the money I had been paying all this time, faithfully month after month for SEO, was not getting me anything hardly. They did little more than an hour a month on my site. In short this started when I was given an ultimatum in February this year that I had to pay a 400% price rise, or build a new website or do a new advertising campaign with them or they would CEASE business with me. They then said the email was not meant like that. How else do you interpret the words 'we unfortunately will have to cut ties as a whole'? And this was just after I had been discussing a new campaign with one of their staff. Cutting ties with me meant to me not only that they would cease my SEO but as they were the sole supporter of my website it meant that my business would cease if I did not comply to what they wanted. So after my initial shock I attempted again and again to resolve this issue. We had a number of conversations and meetings which ended up in me being talked round in circles only to come back to the same ultimatum scenario. I was ghosted by top management and all the meetings with another staffer, who was not in a position to recompense me or make me a proper offer on anything, ended up in me receiving a report which really only highlighted the work they did not do. It told me that there were 83 errors on my website (that was only one part of a report, see pic below) and many other things that just didn't work properly. I was also verbally told that the rest of the errors were not worth fixing as they would take like 3 years to fix. Hence their demand I build a new site for more thousands of dollars. There were just so many errors. And this was on the site they were supposed to be doing SEO on for the past 11 years! Unbelievable. So all the thousands, yes thousands, of dollars I had paid out over those years were now for nothing. This all came about because I started to question why my numbers for SEO online were going down. Drastically down and hence I was losing business. So I found out that they did very little for the thousands of dollars I had been paying for all these years. My point is if they can treat a loyal client after 11 years like this what could they be doing to you? Hence this review. Please look closely what is happening for the money you are paying. I certainly would never trust this business again. Don't get fooled like I was
