Completed all requirements, payout denied and weeks of delays My experience with FundYourFX has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I completed the challenge according to the stated requirements. The program requires traders to trade for at least 15 trading days and to achieve 5 profitable trading days with at least 1% profit. I fulfilled these requirements and generated approximately $4,000 in profit on the account. However, when I requested my payout, my account was suddenly disqualified during the review process. The explanation referenced “profit concentration”, “grid-based execution behavior”, and “behavioral analytics models”. According to their explanation, a large portion of my profit occurred on a single trading day. In my opinion this is completely normal in trading — market conditions can lead to higher gains on some days and lower gains on others. All of my trades were executed manually using market buy and market sell orders, and no copy trading or automated systems were used. What concerns me most is the lack of transparency. The decision appears to rely on internal metrics and behavioral analytics that are not clearly defined in the publicly available rules. As a trader, it is impossible to verify how these internal evaluations are applied. The support process made the situation even worse. Communication was extremely slow, and in multiple cases I had to wait weeks or even over a month for responses while being told the team was still reviewing or awaiting updates. In the end, the payout was denied and I was offered a new trading account instead, despite the fact that the challenge objectives had already been completed. I accepted this offer just to close the matter, but even after more than a week the new account has still not been issued, and I continue receiving generic responses saying they are “awaiting an update from the team.” I have documented the entire process including trade history, screenshots, and all communication with support. My main concerns are: • Payout denied after completing all challenge requirements • Lack of clearly defined and transparent rules regarding profit concentration • Decisions based on internal “behavioral analytics” that traders cannot verify • Extremely slow support communication • Delays even after offering a replacement account Because of this experience, I strongly recommend that traders carefully review all rules and risk policies before using this platform. Transparency and consistent rule enforcement are essential for trust in a prop trading firm.
