333 Days ago, the big change of my life … Dear reader, After I had reached the lowest point of my alcohol addiction, I fortunately received great support from a very good “team” of family and friends, partly because of their continued care I decided to find a rehab clinic in Europe. Eventually the choice fell on Villa Paradiso (the Hacienda) in Malaga. After telephone interviews and conversations with the owner and his team there, I was welcome and I decided to go there for a whole month in internal rehab therapy. I can wholeheartedly confirm that I was able to get my life out of danger and found my way back to a new chance in my life without addiction. The professionalism of the core team counselors, psychologist and doctor, but also the entire team of nurses, kitchen, housekeeping and security was taken care of, down to the finest detail for feeling secure. What great people! The surroundings and facilities outside the city of Malaga are beautiful. The Narcotics Anonymous 12 STEPS program is a great guideline in the process to not only sobriety but also a new way of life. With daily group and individual sessions/conversations, meditation, sports and weekly excursions they were able to change my “one foot in the grave” situation to stand on both feet again and give me a good healthy foundation for my second chance in life. Today I am exactly 333 days sober … 3 times my lucky number. Almost a full year now free from my addiction. My mind and body stronger and healthier! I can 100% recommend everyone to let Mathew and his team guide and help you to a better life without addiction. After leaving the clinic there is also a very good aftercare with a nice chat and zoom meetings global community. It has been the best investment in my life so far!
