Carry My Pet: Terrible Service, Incorrect Advice, Poor Communication Carry My Pet provided INCORRECT advice that only UK Laboratories are able to process Rabies titre tests for Singapore (this is incorrect as accredited Indian Labs can do the same). They LOST the serum vial of my cat's rabies test in transit because of breakage without communicating its loss to me. Due to their incorrect advice, we LOST our quarantine slot despite paying their significantly high fees up front. They would NOT RESPOND to my WhatsApp messages or phone calls despite numerous attempts at getting in touch with them. Strongly suggest you DO NOT USE Carry My Pet due to their lack of responsibility and transparency.
