Emsella chair
I have had a few treatments in The Skin Nurse and the most recent one is the emsella chair which I would totally recommend to any woman. I have had 3 big babies although well grown up now, it weakened my pelvic floor muscles. The kegal exercises just weren’t enough so I did a course of treatments on this pulsating chair and to my amazement it actually works. I couldn’t jump run or even sneeze without leaking. I joined a Zumba class to see if it is actually works and it certainly is, not a drop. I am over the moon. Thanks Nicola and her team for making my day to day activities more comfortable.
