Alarming neglect and poor care
I regret not listening to the warnings I received about this nursery. However it was the only local option for under-2s and only needing minimal hours a week i thought how bad can it be?? Well where do i start- the hidden fees were frustrating sure ,but the real issue was the neglectful care. My daughter came home with severe nappy rash caused by sitting in a soiled nappy for six hours, there was unexplained bruising that the staff denied any knowledge or responsibility for. The total lack of safeguarding practices is deeply alarming. I had no choice but to withdraw her immediately. My daughter used to scream and cling to me every time i dropped her but has never behaved like this in her new setting and has never once asked to about going back which speaks volumes for a happy and sociable little girl. The setting urgently needs a complete overhaul to ensure children’s safety and well-being.
