Poor customer service Poor customer service support. Emails regarding concerns go unanswered or answered with a true answer to question sent in email. Example wrote that I pay for 3 to 5 day delivery & What I receive is 10 delivery order on the 19 th. Will receive on the 30th. The reply I received from support was I should leave a note at ordering on preference of shipper. No, acknowledgement that I paid $24.99 for 3 to 5 day delivery. FYI there is no place at the order process to add notes. Great communication. Thank you for your customer service support.
