easy workflow with helpful improvements
AML has always been the step that tends to get missed in a busy practice. with this update, it's now linked directly to the engagement letter signature, so i don't have to worry about handing it off manually. everything stays on one platform, which was already a strong point for figsflow, and now it's even more efficient.
i took off one star only because I would like to see more detailed audit trail reporting, especially showing exactly when links were sent and opened. Still, this is a genuinely helpful improvement.
