Great experience with these guys. Communication was above and beyond what I expected, service was quick and incredibly convenient. And most importantly the repair, they also went above and beyond.
After performing a battery swap on my own, my screen no longer worked. Unable to diagnose it myself I called for some help. Thanks to their expertise they were able to determine the part I damaged, repair it, and provide a new screen incredibly quickly, efficiently, and affordably.
Had I attempted to fix the screen myself I would not have found the true cause of the problem and ruined another one, and I would be without a phone for longer while waiting for it to ship, just be stuck still needing help.
Lesson learned, leave phone repairs to the professionals!
