unable to contact MERCARI for help seller sold item and listed it as like new. I gave the seller 5star rating, paid immediately and messaged them that it would have been nice if in their listing that they mentioned that a small item was missing. Seller said that by saying the above that I was attacking them and very hateful. I replied I was sorry but the photos on my app. aren't the best and my vision isn't the best. Seller on MERCARI responded with the above. Unable to contact MERCARI by phone or email or on the app for help. Unable to respond to untrue allegations on MERCARI on line.
