I ordered a specific product advertised as "Eclipse White" but received an entirely different item called "Ark White," which differs in shade, texture, and even thickness. Despite these clear differences, they refused to take responsibility, blaming the manufacturer instead. Returns are only permitted if you pay extra, which is unacceptable for their mistake. On top of that, they attempt to manipulate reviews by offering discounts. Extremely disappointing experience—avoid this company and find a more reliable alternative.
