So glad we contacted Moisture Loc for a second opinion! Moisture Loc was referred to us by our church who had used them for some work. We reached out to them after another company had done an inspection and mentioned several areas that needed work. Dan came out to do the inspection. His detailed report was complete and clearly showed why several of the suggestions from the other company were not necessary. Roman and his crew did an excellent job. In the middle of their work, they found another area that needed to be addressed, and they took care of that at no additional charge. We cannot recommend this company more highly. We would not hesitate to use them again. The work they did to eliminated drainage problem, as well as completely seal the crawlspace ensures that will never have another issue with our crawlspace as long as we own the house.
