Immense trust!!
I’ve been attending Emily’s sessions for nearly two years now. To put it simply, she’s a brilliant trainer. She’s extremely professional, and her training sessions are so creative that I never get bored. The way she varies the pace of her sessions always leaves me feeling thoroughly satisfied.
I’ve also had training sessions with her colleagues, Gigi and Alice, and I was truly impressed by how brilliant they each are. These days, I mainly train with Emily, but I do occasionally book sessions with the other two as well. I can say without a doubt that anyone who hasn’t met them yet is missing out. They are absolutely brilliant trainers whom I can wholeheartedly recommend.
