Excellent service, fabulous company!
I had a fabulous experience with Easter Carpets and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I had a quote from another local company and Easter Carpets quoted almost half their price for identical carpets and vinyl flooring. I had a very tight schedule to get my whole house carpeted and Rob and his team came together to ensure that this was undertaken for me within my time constraints.
From selecting the products I wanted (lady in the store was amazing helping me choose) to keeping me up to date with progress on the order, to laying the flooring... All was completed in under a week!!
The fitters were fabulous... Respectful of my home, speedy, professional and left the house clean and tidy. They even arranged a carpenter when it was discovered that my doors would not fit once the thick underlay and carpets were laid!! Really went above and beyond!
Rob kept me updated of all details through calls and WhatsApp. I can't recommend this company more highly and suggest you call them before you order new flooring.... You won't be disappointed!
