MY FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL USE AGODA
On 17/09/2026 I booked 6 nights at Daisy Resort in Phu Quoc for a total of 2,772,600 VND (£80.64). You charged my Visa card twice: one payment of £26.58 and another of £79.58, totalling £106.36 — an extra £25.72. I would like to know what this extra charge is for!
I cancelled my reservation the following day, on 18/09/2026, and was confirmed a 2-night cancellation fee of 924,143 VND (£26.88). So I am still waiting for £106.36 − £26.88 = £79.48 from you.
Never again will I use AGODA. From now on, it's Booking.com all the way
