Beware!!!! Cowboy website!!! Terrible workmanship!!!! Beware! ! This is a cowboy website with terrible workmanship!!!!! I paid £344 for a service on August 13th, 2024, under invoice number 222490ES-1110. After the repairer informed me that the job was complete and requested payment, I noticed the paintwork was absolutely terrible. There were numerous paint drips on the panels, resembling waves. Despite this, I paid the repairer, who assured me that the paint needed seven days to dry before he could return to polish the surface and finish the job. However, the visible paint drips remained, and despite my repeated attempts to contact him, he continually gave excuses for not returning. I also emailed The Smart Repair People, but they have done nothing to resolve the issue. After waiting over a month, they have now completely disappeared. In the end, I paid £344 for a substandard paint job that failed to cover the scratches properly.
