Terrible service, should have had my car a week ago, no eta in sight I was recommended to use Run Buggy by eBay for the shipment of a vehicle I purchased. Based on RB cost I realized I was paying 25% more than I’ve shipped in the past but thought that it was because it was an eBay trusted supplier and I would get better service. I am experiencing terrible customer service. 5 transporters have cancelled on RB for shipping my car. I never once was told by RB it was always the seller who called me to tell me the car wasn’t picked up again.
