Wish I could give zero stars
I went to Hush Medical Aesthetics to dissolve a very small amount of filler (less than 1/3 syringe). I had consultations with two injectors here beforehand and both quoted me $100.
At my appointment, not enough dissolver was used and the filler was still there two weeks later. At the follow-up, the injector added more dissolver but never told me I’d be charged another $100 until checkout.
When I called afterward to question the charge, the front desk staff was rude, condescending, and insisted I had been informed of the fee when I absolutely was not.
The lack of transparency and poor customer service were really disappointing, especially from a newer practice that’s only been open since 2023.
