On surgery day, I waited five hours because they prioritized someone else. After surgery, it took six hours to get pain relief, and I only received five days’ worth. My follow-up appointment was three weeks later, but it wasn’t even scheduled, leaving me waiting again. Dr. Cindy's Medical Aesthetics provided the worst experience. Without physical therapy, my condition would’ve worsened. Avoid this place at all costs!
