That’s an outrageous price for such a minor addition, and it felt like I had no choice but to accept it because “it needed to be done.” Poor Project Management After the work was completed, I was told the waste container would be picked up promptly. It wasn’t. I was assured it was arranged, but that turned out to be false. The container eventually arrived, but no one came to clean up the mess. I waited on a Saturday—no show, no notice. In the end, I had to clean everything myself. Misleading Reputation I was swayed by the 600+ glowing reviews and ignored the negative ones. That was a mistake. The slick, professional website gave me confidence, but the service did not live up to the image. What I Learned - Never pay the full amount until the job is completed from A to Z. - Don’t be fooled by a good online presence. - Take negative reviews seriously—they might save you from a costly experience.
