Extremely disappointing - visibility issues to a poorly executed installation process
My experience with Mandoe has been extremely disappointing. I had high hopes for their TV and service, but sadly, the reality fell far short of expectations. From inadequate brightness and visibility issues to a poorly executed installation process, I am deeply dissatisfied. The promised features were not delivered as advertised, and attempts to address the situation were met with silence.
Moreover, attempting to communicate with Mandoe's customer support about any problem is an exercise in frustration, as you're endlessly transferred without anyone genuinely addressing the issue. Attached is a photo showcasing the TV's visibility issues, plagued by shadows and extremely poor visibility. What was assured has not been delivered.
