I've been scammed !
We ordered two orthopaedic matrasses back in November. They sent out one incorrect super soft mattress and can't or won't come and collect it. Then tried to send out exactly the same mattress again ! I've asked for either the two correct items to be delivered or our money returned. They have since asked me via email to call an office who will deal with it, but they know nothing of our order and told us to call yet another number. I called the second office number who also knew nothing and gave us the first office number !
Alarm bells are ringing ! Scam alert !
Silent home beds sounds so cozy but has created a nightmare for us.
